Baking sessions at Cygnet Nield House
At Cygnet Nield House, the service users have been working with the activity coordinator, Carmen, to learn some baking skills. In the group they made Millionaire shortbread, nutella cheesecake and a berry cheesecake. Carmen also arranged a lovely fresh fruit platter for breakfast which the service users loved and have requested it on the menu each week.
