Blackheath Bakes!
Service users at Cygnet Hospital Blackheath have been enjoying trying new recipes in their weekly cooking group. The sessions aim to cater to all sorts of dietary and religious requirements whilst teaching service users how to make healthy options. Some recent favourites have been banana bread, vegan Korean pancakes, healthy flapjacks and pizza’s from scratch.
