Cygnet Hospital Colchester celebrate Learning Disability Week
This year’s Learning Disability Week theme is all about busting myths about living life with a learning disability. As part of the week’s celebrations at Cygnet Hospital Colchester, the team created a picture representing the spirit of the service’s small but very diverse and unique community. The theme was “We may all be different fish, but at Cygnet Colchester we swim together”. There was also a slideshow presentation of photos celebrating some of the incredible things that service users from Larch and Oak Court have achieved in the last twelve months. Moments captured in photos were just a fraction of the service users have achieved.
