Cygnet Hospital Colchester’s Sports Day
Service users and staff at Cygnet Hospital Colchester were joined by David Lloyd and therapy gym staff to hold a Sports Day to celebrate the start of the Olympic Games next week.
Everyone engaged in a variety of sports activities including; running, jumping, throwing, a pool tournament, a balance competition and old favourites like the egg and spoon race. Healthy refreshment was provided and each winner got a nice prize.
