Cygnet Hospital Harrow does Black History Month
The Multicultural Network Ambassadors at Cygnet Hospital Harrow organised a day of celebrations for Black History Month.
With this year’s theme of ‘Reclaiming Narratives’, the team had speeches and a poem read out, which were written by the late, great Benjamin Zephaniah. His poem titled ‘We Refugees’ discusses the ease with which someone can be forced to leave their own country.
They also had some amazing food, good music and a themed competition.
