Cygnet Sherwood Lodge walks eight miles for Comic Relief
Patients and the team at Cygnet Sherwood Lodge raised £50 for Comic Relief through an 8 mile sponsored walk.
5 patients took part, and several members of staff, including activity coordinators, support workers, the psychology team, admin, the Occupational Therapy team and their MHA.
Everyone enjoyed the woodland walk and it was nice for the multidisciplinary team to be involved. The patients had really good positive motivation to get involved for the purpose of raising money for Comic Relief. They also designed their own t-shirts which they wore on the walk.
