Cygnet’s Got Talent at Cygnet Hospital Bury
The CAMHS services at Cygnet Hospital Bury recently held a Cygnet’s Got Talent event as part of Children’s Mental Health Week. The afternoon was MC’d by Mandy, our incredible OTA, with “celebrity” judges in attendance. The young people and staff treated everyone to some singing (original and cover songs), spoken word, dancing and comedy stand up. The winner was a young person from Mulberry Ward who performed a spoken word poem.
Everyone had a lovely afternoon and following the main event there was an amazing karaoke after-party. Huge thanks to the OT and Activities staff for organising the event, to catering for providing some delicious snacks and everyone else who turned up and made the event a massive success.
