Eid Mubarak to everyone from Cygnet Hospital Woking
On 28th April service users and staff at Cygnet Hospital Woking celebrated Eid. A meeting room was decorated with banners, wall ornaments, foil decorations etc. One staff member prepared Sheer Khurma ( a classic Mughlai desser) and Ghee – clarified butter, which is a traditional festive delight.
Another staff member gave a presentation on Ramadan, how it is celebrated and the the meaning and the importance of fasting. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a lovely time.
