Local Cygnet Social Care sites celebrate Christmas party together
Residents from Beckly, Beacon House, Longfield House, Norcott House and Norcott Lodge enjoyed a fun-filled Christmas party arranged by staff members Sarah, Isis and Amy.
For the venue, the team chose a local church hall and decorated it with a festive balloon display, Christmas tree and decorations. Throughout the day, there was Christmas music, which everyone enjoyed dancing and singing along to during the karaoke.
Everyone adorned their best Christmas outfits, with one of the residents dressing up as Santa to hand out Christmas presents, which was one of the highlights of the day.
At the end of the day, staff donated the leftover party food to a local charity, ‘The Gathering Place’ in Halifax, to help feed the homeless.
All of the residents and staff had an amazing time and also contributed to a meaningful cause, spreading joy and support within the community.
