Multi-Faith Mural at Cygnet Hospital Bierley
A service user at Cygnet Hospital Bierley has created a stunning mural in the service’s multi-faith room.
Javaid Razzaq, Service User and Engagement Lead, said: “The service user has an amazing talent and has done some fantastic artwork in her room and on the ward. We had a meeting to discuss how we wanted to change the multi-faith room and I suggested the service user could create a mural. She was so happy with the idea as it gave her an activity out of her room and the opportunity to do something she loves and is so good at. She spent many hours completing the mural over the course of a week and it is much appreciated by everyone who uses the space.”
