Recognition and Wellbeing Day at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone
Last week the team at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone held a Recognition and Wellbeing Day. Staff were presented with gift bags and some wonderful cupcakes. Staff were also asked to provide feedback and to put forward their ideas as to how to make the hospital an outstanding service. There was also support and information on the day provided by the learning development, operations and HR teams.
