The occupational therapy team at Cygnet Lodge Salford have been thinking of creative ways to support service users over the festive period. Each service user has been making their own individualised self sooth box, which contains essential oils, bath products, face masks, positive affirmations and a happy photo of a good memory they have shared with the team during the year.
