Sophie Hill - Home Manager
Sophie joined Cygnet in 2020 as a deputy manager at Pines. Sophie has 9 years’ experience working within Health and Social care sector, where she first began as a support worker and progressed to a dual registered manager in elderly services, in 2020 Sophie felt she wanted a new challenge and change in career and was successful in the role of deputy manager supporting residents with learning disabilities, autism and associated challenging behaviours with Cygnet.
Sophie has developed her knowledge and experience whilst in this role and always aims to give the best lives and opportunities to the people she supports. Sophie is currently enrolled on her level 5 leadership and management course with inspiration to progress within the company in the future. Sophie was appointed Home Manager of Pines and Cherry Tree House in 2025.
In her spare time, Sophie enjoys time outdoors, camping and spending quality time with her family and dogs.

Christie Asplin - Deputy Home Manager
Christie joined Cygnet in 2014, following completion of a master degree in arts psychotherapy. Christie has over ten years’ experience working in social care services, working with adults with autism and learning disabilities. Christie has been working at Cherry Tree House since 2021 as a deputy manager.
Since joining Cherry Tree House, Christie has been passionate about improving the lives of people who have autism and/or a learning disability through the use of support and engagement. Christie hopes to continue to create a person-centred environment, where residents are supported to achieve their full potential by providing choice, dignity and respect across all aspects of their care.

Sharon Wilson - Administrator
Sharon joined Cherry Tree House and Pines in June 2022 working across both sites. She initially joined Cygnet in September 2019 as a receptionist for Cygnet Acer Clinic.
Sharon has a wealth of experience in administration (25 years) especially in the NHS and Local Authorities at a secondary school.
Sharon says that if she could hold a celebrity dinner party she would invite the whole England rugby team, Peter Kay and Sir David Attenborough.
