Steph Nussey - Home Manager

Steph has worked for Cygnet for over 20 years initially as a support worker, then a therapy coordinator before becoming Home Manager of Malborn House in 2007. Steph was appointed Registered Manager in 2021.

Steph works in conjunction with the Multi Disciplinary Team together with community and local authority teams to ensure care is delivered to a high standard. Steph manages a small team of staff and supervises the provision of safe compassionate care, acting with integrity and in the best interests of individuals whilst ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.

Beth Bailey - Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Beth joined the company in 2006 as a newly qualified nurse. She has worked as a senior nurse and HOC within our specialist high dependency inpatient rehabilitation services for men before joining the Sycamores in August 2019 as the Advanced Nurse Practitioner.

Beth is also the Advanced Nurse Practitioner for two other community services within the East Midlands, Adele Cottages and Malborn The Sycamores.

Beth believes that one of the nicest parts of her job role is that she has been able to care for service users within a hospital environment and also be part of their journey moving back into the community.

Emily O’Grady - Trainee Forensic Psychologist

Emily has worked for Cygnet since 2021 and provides psychology input to Malborn & Teroan offering a range of interventions, conducting risk assessments, developing support plans, and completing of psychometrics with service users when required. Emily also supports the service offering staff training and staff support. Emily enjoys spending time with the service users offering both formal and informal support.
