Katie Woollard – Service Manager

Katie began her career with Cygnet at a service in Leeds over 10 years ago. At this service, Katie was dedicated to various different roles including a Deputy and Unit Manager before recently progressing her role to Service Manager at Norcott House.

Outside of work, Katie enjoys family time as a busy mum to 2 teenagers, long dog walks in the countryside’s as well as cooking for the family to come together and enjoy at every opportunity.

Leanne Jones - Deputy Manager

Leanne started her career as a support worker in 2016. Since then, she has worked as a support worker and team leader at social care sites in the Leeds area. She is always seeking ways to develop her skills and knowledge, taking part in a number of training courses and in 2023 moved to an admin role supporting the new eRostering solution for Cygnet.

She is returning to social care as the deputy manager at Norcott House as she is passionate about the support that is given to service users, encouraging positive risk taking and promoting independence.

Leanne enjoys keeping active through sports and dancing, the outdoors and trips away camping around the UK and Europe.
