“While we work in the background to ensure we have the right support in the right places within the operational team, I want to emphasise that at service level it is very much business as usual. Our priority remains to provide the best quality possible for the individuals within our care and ensure we maintain a positive and rewarding experience for our teams who work diligently every day to ensure those individuals have the best quality of care.”Mike McQuaid, Chief Operating Officer
