To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme of ‘Nature’ we asked our teams to share their nature photos and activities in the #CygnetWithNature challenge.
All of the entries were really inspiring and it was difficult to just choose 10 – so we have picked 13 winners! It was uplifting to see so many staff enjoying nature and engaging service users in a range of creative activities to help boost wellbeing and raise awareness of the benefits that nature can have on our mental health.
Each of the winners have been asked to nominate a charity and we will be making a donation to each of the chosen charities. Cygnet has made donations to 13 charities including; Mind, John Eastwood Hospice Trust, Support Dogs for Autism, for Epilepsy, for Disability, place2be and Suffolk Prickles Hedgehog Rescue.
