Service users at Cygnet Hospital Stevenage have produced a new mural for the main reception area for the hospital. During the Art Attack therapy group service users decided upon a theme and produced initial design ideas.
Service users at Cygnet Lodge Kenton have lent a helping hand to a visiting artist to create a beautiful new mural at the Lodge. Professional artist Mandy Marks Wheatley has painted two new murals along the walls of the Lodge’s reception area.
Following the success of last year’s ‘Safety First in Mental Healthcare’ event, Cygnet Health Care recently hosted our second annual Yorkshire conference, “Take Care: Multi-professional care planning for mental health services.”
Following on from a recent six month project which has seen service users enjoy work experience at the local Asda supermarket, Cygnet Hospital Bierley have initiated a second project with the store.
