Service users on Cygnet Hospital Ealing's New Dawn ward have begun a new gardening project. The idea for the 'Healing Garden' originated from a Healthy Living Skills group and, with the support of the Occupational Therapy team, service users have been planting flowers as well as herbs that they aim to use in future cooking sessions.

All About Me, an award winning mental health recovery package for deaf service users was officially launched at an event in Birmingham on 8th June. The package was developed as part of a national project that included service users and clinicians from a number of mental health trusts across England, as well as several independent providers, including Cygnet Health Care.
To celebrate Men's Health Week staff at Cygnet Hospital Blackheath organised a day of activities based around the theme for this year's week which was, 'How do you beat stress?'.
On Thursday 9th June, to celebrate Carers Week, Cygnet Hospital Godden Green held 'Godden Green's Got Talent'. The event gave service users from both the CAMHS and low secure services the opportunity to show off their talents and impress all the families, friends and carers who were invited.
Cygnet Hospital Derby has scored 88% in a review by the Quality Network for Forensic Mental Health Services. The hospital achieved 100% ratings in three of the areas assessed, these were, 'Physical Healthcare', 'Procedural Security' and ‘Workforce’.
